Yes. Reina Skincare Products are sold at MyShade&Texture Beauty Supply in Tampa, FL.

Are the products handmade or manufactured?

Each product is handmade in a small batch to ensure quality.

How can I find out about Restocks?

Join our newsletter! If a product is out of stock, we will make sure to email once we restock that particular product.

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

The processing times for our orders is 5 business days. After that, delivery time for USPS is 3-6 days in the United States and 10-15 days internationally.

What method is used for shipping?

All packages are shipped via USPS.

Do you offer returns?

no. All sales are final. Please refer to our refund policy.

Do the products have an expiration date?

Each product lasts for approximately one year however expiration depends on storage and proper use. (Tip: water that is not preserved tends to grow bacteria. If water enters your product and sits, it will grow mold)

Do you ever do giveaways?

Yes. We run official Reina Skincare giveaways on our site Reinaskincare.co as well as on our Instagram, Reina.Skincare. 

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

No. Once your order is placed, it is final. 

Can I order wholesale? 

Wholesale orders are available for Retail locations. Please email Info@reinaskincare.co for a Wholesale list. We offer a 50-60% off rate for wholesale orders and we offer Free shipping for wholesale orders over $300.
